• No pets, no smoking
• Minimum stay: One week
• Required deposit: 50% of rental fee at time of reservation, balance due one week before rental period
• Deposit is fully refundable no less than 14 days before rental period and 50% refundable no less than 7 days before rental period. Any cancellation occurring less than 7 days before rental period will result in forfeiture of deposit.
